Trimoryn Supplement Facts, Read Line by Line
Trimoryn's Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size of 1 capsule and 30 servings per container.
Eleven ingredients follow, each with a dagger or a percent, then Other Ingredients, a caution, storage instructions and a distributor block for Trimoryn in Aurora, Colorado.
For what each one is, see the ingredients page.

Serving size, right at the top
| Field | Exactly as printed |
|---|---|
| Serving Size | 1 Capsule |
| Servings Per Container | 30 |
| Amount Per Serving column | One number for each of the eleven ingredients below |
| % Daily Values column | 1,470% for riboflavin; a dagger for the other ten lines |
| Footnote | "**Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. †Daily Value not established." |
One serving is one capsule, and the bottle holds thirty. There is no scoop, no half dose and no second serving size hiding lower on the panel. Whatever this page says "per serving," read it as "per capsule."
The panel, drawn to scale
- Mangosteen Powder100 mg22.6% of the capsule
- Prickly Pear Extract 4:1100 mg22.6% of the capsule
- Cinnamon Bark Extract 10:1100 mg22.6% of the capsule
- Konjac Extract Fiber50 mg11.3% of the capsule
- Riboflavin (B2)25 mg5.7% of the capsule
- Alpha Lipoic Acid25 mg5.7% of the capsule
- Turmeric Extract 95%15 mg3.4% of the capsule
- Berberine HCL15 mg3.4% of the capsule
- Resveratrol Extract 20%12 mg2.7% of the capsule
Bars are drawn to the amounts printed on the label, so the widths are real, not decorative. Colony-forming units do not convert to milligrams, which is why the two cultures sit outside the bar.
This bar is the same eleven lines as the panel above, drawn to scale. Nine ingredients are weighed in milligrams and share the 442 mg total; the two cultures are counted in colony-forming units and sit outside the bar because CFU and milligrams are not the same kind of number.
Tap through the back label

- 1. One capsule, thirty in the bottleThe panel is written per capsule, and the bottle holds thirty. At the label dose that is one month, not two.
- 2. Riboflavin at 1,470%The only line with a Daily Value. Twenty-five milligrams is about nineteen times the adult RDA, and the excess leaves in urine.
- 3. Three lines tied at 100 mgMangosteen, prickly pear and cinnamon share the top of the panel by weight. Together they are two thirds of the capsule.
- 4. Konjac fiber, 50 mgStandardized to 90% glucomannan, so about 45 mg of fiber. Swallow it with a full glass of water, never dry.
- 5. Berberine, 15 mgThe smallest herb line and the one with the most drug interactions. Trials use 1,000 to 1,500 mg a day.
- 6. Two live culturesOne billion CFU each. The label gives no strain codes and does not say whether the Akkermansia is live or pasteurized.
- 7. Other ingredientsHypromellose for the capsule shell, plus rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate as fillers and flow agents.
What the percentage, and the dagger, actually mean
Only one line on this panel carries a percentage. Riboflavin is printed at 25 mg, 1,470% of the Daily Value, because the Food and Drug Administration has set an adult reference intake for it. The other ten ingredients have no such reference number to measure against, so the panel prints a dagger instead of a percentage.
| Symbol | Appears on | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| A percent, e.g. 1,470% | Riboflavin only | The amount as a share of the FDA's daily reference intake for adults |
| † (dagger) | The other ten lines | No Daily Value has been set for this ingredient, so no percentage can be calculated |
A dagger is not a warning and it is not a way of hiding a small amount. It simply means no federal body has published a reference number for that ingredient, which is true of most botanical extracts and both live cultures on this panel.
The two ratios on this label, explained

4:1 and 10:1 are not strength ratings
Two lines on this panel carry an extract ratio: Prickly Pear Extract Powder 4:1 and Cinnamon Bark Extract 10:1. The number describes how the extract was made, not how potent the finished capsule is.
A 4:1 extract means four parts of raw plant were reduced down to one part of finished extract, so the 100 mg printed for prickly pear stands in for roughly 400 mg of raw cactus. A 10:1 extract concentrates ten parts down to one, so the 100 mg of cinnamon bark extract stands in for roughly 1,000 mg, about a gram, of raw bark.
None of the other nine ingredients carry a ratio. Their printed number is the ingredient itself, not a stand-in for something larger. That distinction matters for judging a dose against research: Deyno et al., 2019 pooled trials using roughly 1 to 6 grams of cinnamon a day, so this capsule's gram-equivalent from a 10:1 extract reaches the bottom of that range, while a raw-weight comparison without accounting for the ratio would wrongly make it look far smaller. The full arithmetic, ingredient by ingredient, is in what 4:1 and 10:1 actually mean.
"Other Ingredients," and why they are listed separately
| Other Ingredient | Role |
|---|---|
| Hypromellose | The capsule shell itself, a plant cellulose that is why the capsule can carry a vegetarian mark |
| Rice Flour | A bulking agent that gives the powder blend enough volume to fill the capsule evenly |
| Silicon Dioxide | An anti-caking agent that keeps the powder blend flowing during encapsulation |
| Magnesium Stearate | A lubricant that keeps the powder from sticking to manufacturing equipment |
None of these four are active ingredients and none carry a Daily Value. They are the reason the capsule holds together and empties evenly, not part of the eleven-ingredient formula counted above. The hypromellose shell is also the entire basis for any vegetarian claim on this bottle.
- No allergen statement is printed next to this list, so a gluten or dairy concern is not answered by the label itself.
- Rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate are common, low-dose manufacturing aids, not dosed for any effect of their own.
- None of the four appears anywhere in the eleven-ingredient Supplement Facts table above this one.
Suggested use, caution and storage, line by line

Suggested use, word for word
“As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably 15-30 minutes before a meal.” That is the entire dosing instruction. It does not say to take it with food, only before a meal.
Caution, word for word
“Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.” Three separate instructions live in that one line: a hard age and pregnancy rule, and a general instruction to check with a clinician if you take any medicine.
Storage, word for word
“Store this product in a cool, dry place below 30 C (86 F).” Below 30°C is room temperature in most US homes, so this is really an instruction to avoid a hot car or a damp bathroom cabinet.
The distributor block, and who it is not
| Field | As printed on the label |
|---|---|
| Distributed by | Trimoryn |
| Address | Aurora, CO 80011 |
| Phone | +1 (323) 391-7425 |
| [email protected] |
That email domain is spelled differently from the brand name on the front of the bottle, an observation we make without guessing at a reason. It is also worth keeping the label distributor separate from us: Mytrimoryn is a U.S. stocking partner with its own office in New York, not the Colorado address above and not the manufacturer. Our own contact details are on the contact page.
This label carries a required FDA disclaimer, not a claim of proven safety: the statements on it have not been evaluated by the FDA, and Trimoryn is not a weight-loss drug or a diabetes treatment. Continue any prescribed medicine unless a clinician tells you otherwise.

What is a 4:1 extract?
Four parts of raw plant reduced to one part of finished extract, used here for prickly pear.
What is a 10:1 extract?
