"Trimoryn is a dietary supplement capsule for healthy weight management."
Use case: adults take one capsule a day, 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, with a full glass of water. A bottle holds 30 vegetarian capsules.
How it works: eleven ingredients with printed amounts, including mangosteen, prickly pear, cinnamon, konjac fiber and berberine, plus two live cultures at 1 billion CFU each.

One Trimoryn capsule holds 11 ingredients with printed amounts: 442 mg of weighed material led by mangosteen, prickly pear and cinnamon at 100 mg each, plus two live cultures at 1 billion CFU each. There is no proprietary blend.
Bars are drawn to the amounts printed on the label, so the widths are real, not decorative. Colony-forming units do not convert to milligrams, which is why the two cultures sit outside the bar.
Most formulas this long print one total and leave you guessing. This panel gives every line its own number, which is unusual enough to say out loud.
Knowing that cinnamon is 100 mg and berberine is 15 mg tells you the recipe. It does not tell you what either one does at that amount. The dose check is the part that matters.
Live cultures are counted in colony-forming units. A billion CFU sounds enormous next to 15 mg, but the two units measure different things and cannot be compared.
Trimoryn arrives as a white bottle of 30 vegetarian capsules with a hypromellose shell. The front says Weight Management Support, and the back gives the panel, the suggested use, the caution and the distributor, Trimoryn of Aurora, CO.

Trimoryn arrives as a white plastic bottle of 30 vegetarian capsules. The shell is hypromellose, a plant cellulose, and the only other ingredients are rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
The front of the bottle says Weight Management Support* and lists three supports with asterisks. The back gives the panel, the suggested use, the caution, and a distributor block reading Trimoryn, Aurora, CO 80011.
No country of manufacture is printed. The distributor email on the label sits on a different domain spelling from the one the order desk uses, which we flag rather than tidy away.

Six bottles works out near $1.63 a day. The two smaller kits cost more per bottle, and only the 2-bottle kit adds postage.
See the kitsThe Trimoryn label is written per capsule, with 30 capsules in the bottle. Its only Daily Value is riboflavin at 1,470%. Tap a number to read what each part of the back label means, from the dose to the live cultures.

Riboflavin is water soluble. The body keeps what it needs and passes the rest, which is why urine turns bright yellow within hours. No upper limit has ever been set for it.
Federal rules would allow a single blend total here. The maker chose not to use one, so the panel can be read straight down without guessing.
Other ingredients on the panel: Hypromellose (Capsule), Rice Flour, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. Full walkthrough: the Supplement Facts page.
The seller's Trimoryn artwork names six ingredients with no amounts, while the bottle prints eleven, each with an amount. Turmeric, berberine, resveratrol and the two live cultures are on the label only.

This panel is the one buyers see first. It names six ingredients and prints no amounts at all.
The bottle prints eleven, every one of them with a number. The table below sets the two side by side, with the five the artwork leaves out marked in the last column.
| Ingredient | Per capsule | % DV | In the art? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) | 25 mg | 1470% | On the panel |

Nothing here is hidden: the bottle prints all eleven amounts and uses no proprietary blend. The five marked label only are simply the ones the ingredient graphics leave out.
Riboflavin, mangosteen, prickly pear, cinnamon, konjac and alpha lipoic acid appear in every ingredient panel the seller publishes. They are the six with a picture attached.
Turmeric, berberine, resveratrol and the two cultures are printed on the bottle and missing from the art. Two of those five carry the formula's biggest safety notes.
Someone comparing bottles from the marketing panel alone would miss berberine entirely, and berberine is the line most likely to interact with a prescription.
Six of the seven comparable Trimoryn ingredients sit far below the amounts used in research, from 10 times to 67 times lower. Cinnamon is the exception, at the bottom of the studied range.
The filled part of each rung is the amount in one capsule. The whole rung is the amount the cited research used. The number on the right is how many times bigger the research dose is.
The European health claim for glucomannan and weight is written around 3 g a day taken in three 1 g doses before meals. A 2014 meta-analysis found no significant weight benefit even at those amounts.
Trials that report anything about glucose or lipids use 500 mg two or three times a day. This is one capsule at 15 mg.
Curcumin absorbs poorly on its own, which is why most trials pair it with piperine or a delivery system. Neither appears on this label.
Weight and metabolic trials cluster between 600 and 1,200 mg a day, usually for eight to twenty-four weeks.
The line reads 12 mg of a 20% extract, so the resveratrol itself is roughly 2.4 mg.
The single human pilot trial used ten billion CFU a day of pasteurized cells for three months in 32 volunteers.
This is the exception. A 10:1 extract means 100 mg stands in for about a gram of bark, which lands at the bottom of the studied range.
A smaller amount is not the same as no amount, and none of this says the capsule does nothing. It says that if you are expecting the result a trial reported, the trial was not testing this much.
It is not saying the capsule is empty, fake, or that nothing in it can matter. Ingredients interact, and a small amount of something is not nothing. It is saying that when a seller borrows a study to sell a bottle, the bottle usually holds a fraction of what the study used, and you deserve to see that in the same picture.
Cinnamon is the honest counterexample, and it is there because extract ratios change the arithmetic. We pulled that apart in what 4:1 and 10:1 actually mean.
Trimoryn shows 1,470% because one capsule carries 25 mg of riboflavin, while the adult recommended intake is 1.1 to 1.3 mg a day. It is water soluble, so the surplus leaves in urine.

Riboflavin has an adult recommended intake of 1.1 to 1.3 mg a day. This capsule carries 25 mg, which is where the percentage comes from.
Because riboflavin dissolves in water, the body does not store a surplus. The Food and Nutrition Board has never set an upper limit for it, and intakes as high as 400 mg a day have been studied for months without harm turning up.
The visible consequence is bright yellow urine, often within a couple of hours of the first capsule. That is the vitamin leaving, not a warning sign. It is worth knowing before it happens, and worth mentioning to a clinic if you are giving a urine sample.
What 25 mg does not do is create a weight or metabolism effect. Riboflavin matters for turning food into energy, but only a person who is short of it has anything to gain from more.
One claim is printed on the bottle front. Four more sit in the seller artwork. Under US rules these are structure and function statements: they describe support for normal processes, and they are not permission to promise a change in anyone’s weight, appetite or blood work.
| Where it appears | The exact wording | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle, front | Weight Management Support* | The asterisk leads to the FDA disclaimer on the back. |
| Bottle, front | Supports Fat Metabolism* | A support statement about a normal process, not a fat-loss claim. |
| Bottle, front | Promotes Energy & Well-Being* | Energy here means metabolic energy production, not a stimulant effect. |
| Seller artwork | Helps Support Appetite & Craving Control | Not printed on the bottle. The fiber line is the only plausible basis, at 45 mg. |
| Seller artwork | Supports Gut Wellness | Not printed on the bottle. Rests on the two live cultures. |
| Sales page title | Trimoryn | Metabolism Gut Health for Women 40+ | A marketing target, not a label restriction. The bottle says adults 18 and over. |

"Supports fat metabolism" is a sentence about a process your body already runs. It is legal precisely because it stops short of saying the capsule will change the outcome of that process.
Nothing on this bottle claims pounds, inches or a smaller dress size, and no page on this site will either. Where a seller page goes further than the label, we quote the label.
The longer version lives on the benefits page.
Berberine is the Trimoryn ingredient to check first, because it affects the enzymes that clear many prescriptions and can lower blood sugar. Ask a clinician before starting if you take diabetes, blood pressure, clotting or transplant medicine.
Berberine inhibits CYP450 enzymes and P-glycoprotein, the machinery that clears a long list of prescriptions. It can also push blood sugar down alongside diabetes medicine. It should not be used in pregnancy or breastfeeding: it can displace bilirubin in a newborn.
Berberine, alpha lipoic acid and cinnamon have all been studied for lowering blood sugar. Stacked on top of insulin, metformin or a sulfonylurea, that is a hypoglycemia question for your clinician, not for us.
Glucomannan swells on contact with liquid. Forty-five milligrams is small, but the habit that keeps it safe is free: a full glass of water with the capsule, upright, not on the way to bed.
Cassia cinnamon carries coumarin; Ceylon has very little. The label says only “Cinnamon Bark Extract 10:1”, so the coumarin load cannot be worked out from the bottle.
Every interaction we found, with its source, sits on the side effects page. For anything about your own order, the desk is on +1 (323) 391-7425.
Trimoryn suits adults over 18 who want one daily capsule and every amount printed. Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18, or taking medicine for blood sugar, blood pressure or clotting, should stop and ask first.

The seller aims this at women over forty. The label does not: it says adults, 18 and over. More on who it is for.
These four questions check whether Trimoryn fits you: your age and pregnancy status, any blood sugar, blood pressure or clotting medicine, swallowing a capsule with water, and judging it over two to three months.
Trimoryn costs $158 for 2 bottles, $207 for 3 and $294 for 6, which is $79, $69 and $49 a bottle. The 3 and 6 bottle kits ship free in the US, and every kit has the 60-day refund window.

Figures checked on September 24, 2026 against the official checkout and three published review pages. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, one month at the label dose, so a kit is simply that many months. Trimoryn costs about $2.63 a day on the 2-bottle kit, $2.30 on the 3-bottle kit and $1.63 on the 6-bottle kit at one capsule a day. The refund window is 60 days from purchase, shorter than a 180-day kit.
| Kit | Total | Per bottle | Months at one a day | Per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Bottles | $158 | $79 | 2 | $2.63 |
| 3 Bottles | $207 | $69 | 3 | $2.30 |
| 6 Bottles | $294 | $49 | 6 | $1.63 |
There is no second rate to compare here. The label allows one capsule a day and no more, so a bottle is a month, and a kit is however many months it says on the box. That makes the per-day column unusually honest.
The one thing worth weighing: a 60-day refund window against a 180-day kit. If you buy six bottles, you will still be inside the guarantee when you finish the second one, and outside it for the other four.
To order Trimoryn, choose a kit of two, three or six bottles, pay on the official checkout, and keep the order email. It carries the order ID and tracking link, which the order desk needs for any later request.
The Trimoryn refund window is 60 days from purchase. Call the order desk with your order ID, return the bottles tracked at your own cost, and the product price is refunded. It is a purchase promise, not a promise about weight.
60daysIt is a purchase promise: if you are unhappy, you can return the bottles and ask for the product price back. It is not a promise that anything will happen to your weight, and it does not make the product FDA-approved.
Claims go through the order desk on +1 (323) 391-7425 with the order ID. Returns travel to 1460 Broadway, Floor 8, New York, NY 10036, USA at your own cost, tracked. Refunds show 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days to show on the card.
The whole procedure, with the wording we were given, sits on the guarantee page and the refund policy.
Unlike a blend that hides its amounts, Trimoryn prints all eleven amounts, so you can compare it with a study. Most of its amounts fall short of the studied doses. The artwork shows six of the eleven ingredients.
| Question to ask | Trimoryn | A single-ingredient bottle | A blend that hides its amounts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Is every amount printed? | Yes, all eleven | Yes, by definition | No |
| Can you compare it to a study? | Yes, and mostly it falls short | Yes | No |

Full disclosure is worth something on its own. It is what let us build the dose chart above, and it is the reason the awkward numbers on this page exist at all.
Six common assumptions about Trimoryn are not supported by the label, including that 1,470% means strong, that its 15 mg of berberine works like trial doses of 1,000 to 1,500 mg, and that a six-bottle kit is refundable for six months.
Eleven ingredients must beat five.

Trimoryn shows no fast effect beyond yellow urine from riboflavin in the first days. Most trials behind its ingredients ran eight weeks or longer, so the first fair look comes at weeks 4 to 8, and the refund window closes at day 60.
Riboflavin shows up fast. Nothing else on this panel acts on that timescale.
One capsule 15 to 30 minutes before a meal. The people who get anything out of a supplement are the ones who still take it in week six.
Most trials behind these ingredients ran eight weeks or longer. Anything you judge before then is mostly noise.
Compare against what changed in your food, sleep and movement over the same period, because those move more than 442 mg does.
One awkward note: the refund window closes at day 60, before the 8 to 12 week mark that the research would suggest. That is the trade-off with the larger kits. More on the results timeline page.
You will not find star ratings, testimonials or order counts on this site. The seller material we were given carries a score, a review count and a set of named quotes, all of it marked as layout copy: placeholder text for building a page, not verified feedback from buyers.
Publishing it would mean inventing customers. We would rather have an empty space than a fabricated one, so the space stays empty.
What we can tell you is what the bottle says, what the research says, and where the two do not line up. That is the whole of this site. The reasoning is set out on the reviews page.
The research on Trimoryn's separate ingredients is mixed, and most amounts on its label sit far below the doses used in studies. Tap an ingredient to see its evidence rating and what the studies found.
riboflavin · B vitamin
The one line with a Daily Value, and it is about nineteen times the adult RDA. This label's 25 mg is roughly 19-23x the adult RDA of 1.1-1.3 mg/day, delivered as a water-soluble vitamin that is not stored and is excreted once needs are met (turning urine bright yellow).
Garcinia mangostana · fruit powder
A tropical fruit powder tied for the largest line on the panel. Only 2 small human studies of mangosteen peel extract for glycemic control could be identified, with short follow-up and inconsistent extract preparations, and there is regulatory history (a 2006 FDA warning letter) of mangosteen juice products being marketed with unsubstantiated disease claims.
Opuntia ficus-indica · cactus pad and fruit
Cactus extract sold for fat binding and blood sugar. 4:1 means four parts plant reduced to one. A meta-analysis found no significant effect on body weight, though small reductions in BMI, body fat, blood pressure, and cholesterol were seen; a separate systematic review found the cladode (not the fruit) most consistently associated with lower blood glucose and insulin.
Cinnamomum · bark
The label does not say which cinnamon species, and that matters for coumarin. A 2019 meta-analysis of 16 RCTs found cinnamon modestly lowered fasting glucose but not HbA1c.
Amorphophallus konjac · root fiber
A soluble fiber studied for fullness, at a fraction of the amount used in trials. This label supplies 50 mg of konjac extract standardized to 90% glucomannan (about 45 mg of actual glucomannan) -- roughly 1/65th of the 3 g/day dose EFSA's opinion is based on, and far below the 1-3 g+/day used in clinical trials.
alpha lipoic acid · fatty acid
An antioxidant studied for blood sugar and nerve comfort, usually at far higher doses. A 2018 meta-analysis of 12 RCTs (doses up to 1,200 mg/day) found only a modest, clinically minor reduction in body weight and BMI.
Curcuma longa · root
Printed on the label but left off every marketing panel. This label's 15 mg of turmeric extract standardized to 95% curcumin supplies only about 14 mg of actual curcumin -- roughly 1/35th to 1/70th of the doses used in most human research, and it is not stated to include piperine or another bioavailability-enhancing delivery system, so absorption is expected to be poor.
berberine hydrochloride · plant alkaloid
The ingredient with the most drug interactions in this formula, at the second smallest weight. This label's 15 mg is roughly 1/67th to 1/100th of the 1,000-1,500 mg/day used in the reviewed trials, far too low to be expected to reproduce the glycemic or lipid effects reported there.
Polygonum cuspidatum · root
Japanese knotweed root standardized to 20%, the smallest weighed line. This label's resveratrol extract is 12 mg standardized to 20% resveratrol, supplying only about 2.4 mg of actual resveratrol -- roughly 1/60th to 1/400th of the doses used in trials that themselves found no significant benefit on weight, BMI, or metabolic markers in people with overweight/obesity.
B. breve, A. muciniphila · live cultures
Two gut strains. Akkermansia is a newer ingredient with a short human record. This label supplies 1 billion CFU each of Bifidobacterium breve and Akkermansia muciniphila -- about 1/10th the Akkermansia dose and about 1/50th the B.

Eleven ingredients, eleven amounts, no blend. Rare, and it earns the score.
Six ingredients shown, eleven present, and berberine is one of the five missing.
Real literature exists for several lines, and it is mixed.
Six of seven comparable lines fall far below studied amounts. Cinnamon is the exception.
Berberine deserves a printed warning and does not get one.
Sixty days, free postage on the larger kits, a desk that answers a phone.
The Mytrimoryn Editorial Desk writes and checks these Trimoryn pages. Mytrimoryn is a U.S. stocking partner, not the manufacturer or the label distributor in Aurora, Colorado, and purchases pay for the site.
Each entry links to the review, trial or agency page it came from. Together they back the dose comparison, the interaction notes and the label rules used on this Trimoryn page.

Trimoryn is a once-daily dietary supplement capsule for healthy weight management. One bottle holds 30 vegetarian capsules, described on the label as a one-month supply. The front of the bottle says Weight Management Support, and the panel prints an amount for every ingredient.
Eleven ingredients with eleven printed amounts: 442 mg of weighed material led by mangosteen, prickly pear and cinnamon at 100 mg each, plus two live cultures at 1 billion CFU each. There is no proprietary blend, so every line has its own number.
Take one capsule a day, 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, as the label says. Swallow it with a full glass of water. One bottle holds 30 capsules, so it lasts a month. The label allows no more than one capsule a day.
No weight loss claim is printed on the bottle, and most ingredient amounts sit well below the doses used in research, so no weight outcome can be promised. Trimoryn is made for adults who pair it with good food, sleep and movement.
That is riboflavin at 25 mg against an adult daily requirement near 1.3 mg. It is water soluble, the surplus leaves in urine, and no upper limit has been set. Bright yellow urine is the vitamin leaving, not a warning sign.
Riboflavin turns urine bright yellow, which is the vitamin leaving, not a warning sign. Berberine can affect how many medicines are cleared and can push blood sugar down. Swallow the capsule with a full glass of water, because the konjac fiber swells with liquid.
The label rules out anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18. Ask a clinician first if you take medicine for blood sugar, blood pressure or clotting, take a transplant medicine, or have liver trouble in your history, because berberine and turmeric extracts carry interaction and liver notes.
Ask whoever prescribes it first. Berberine, alpha lipoic acid and cinnamon have all been studied for lowering blood sugar, and stacked on top of insulin, metformin or a sulfonylurea that is a low blood sugar question for your clinician. Do not start without their agreement.
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, and Trimoryn is sold as one. The seals on this site include an FDA Registered Facility mark and a GMP Certified mark, which refer to the facility, not to approval of the product.
